Mr. Green led the way at The Lee Company from 1956-2016. Mr. Green, his wife Mariuse and daughter Beverly moved to Stillwater in 1956. After a 3 1/2 hour drive from Ada, OK, Mr. Green arrived on January 16, 1956, and reported for duty at 7:00 am, a date and time he fondly remembered. Throughout his years of service to the Stillwater community, he has been active in: Kiwanis Club, Jaycee's, Downtown Stillwater Unlimited, Stillwater Library Board, 1st United Methodist Church Trustee and board member, Stillwater Industrial Foundation, Andersen Distributor Advisory Council as well as a multitude of other organizations. He was also named Stillwater Businessman of the Year 1986. Mr. Green "retired" in 2016 after 60 years at the helm. He continued to enjoy checking in with us and visiting with the gang when he was moving about town until his passing on September 19, 2021, he was 91 years old .

J. Steven Green (Owner/President/Managing Member)

Steve grew up involved in the family business. He joined the business full time in 1982 and has served in a variety of roles for the company, from the service department, wholesale and retail sales, purchasing, manufacturing and residential sales. Steve became the President, Managing Member and owner of the company upon his Fathers retirement in 2016, after 40 plus years with the company.. Steve is also a certified AAMA Installation Master installer. Since his tenure with Lee Glass and Window, he has trained with virtually every product the company offers. In the community, Steve was a board member for Downtown Stillwater Unlimited and served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman for Downtown Stillwater (Business Improvement District #1). Steve was also a graduate of Leadership Stillwater, Class XX. He has served as, a Cubmaster, District Committee Chairman for the Pawnee Bill District of Cimarron Council Boy Scouts of America and in December of 2022 took on the role of Cimarron Council President. Steve is also a BSA-National Camp School Shooting Sports Director with, NRA Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Muzzleloading Rifle Instructor Certifications and Range Safety Officer, he also holds a USA Archery-L1 Instructor rating. Steve enjoys hunting, shooting and woodworking when he has the opportunity. Steve and his wife, Sonya, have one son, Seth. Sonya is a Stillwater native and is a registered nurse at Stillwater Medical Center, Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab. Steve, Sonya and Seth attend Countryside Baptist Church in Stillwater.
John "JT" Thompson (General Manager)

Although John hails from Pennsylvania, he and his family have called Stillwater home for almost two decades,and John has been with Lee Glass and Window for most of that time. He came to us as an installer but rapidly moved to the position of Commercial Manager. Prior to joining The Lee Company, he studied at Liberty University in Virginia. He continually seeks to gain knowledge by participating in industry specific training; he is an EPA Certified Lead Renovator, AADM Certified Automatic Entry Inspector, and a Trained Mechanic for Record Automatic. As well as being active with golf, softball and working with college students, John is active in his home church, Countryside Baptist, with his wife Samantha and two boys, Jaxton and Asa. He enjoys seeing projects come to completion and being able to look back at what the crew has accomplished. His years of experience and the desire to achieve excellence make him a valuable asset to Lee Glass and Window.
Tara Roberts (Office Manager)

Tara Roberts is a lifetime resident of the Stillwater area. She has been with The Lee Company since October of 2008. After graduating from Glencoe High School, Tara continued her education at Meridian Technology Center in the accounting field. As the Office Manager for The Lee Company, Tara's fast-paced, organized nature and attention to detail allow her to oversee the products coming in and out the company. Tara and her husband, Jason, have two boys, Dalten and Keegan. As a family, they enjoy camping, fishing, and going to car shows and drag strips.
Bill Haines (Residential Sales & Quote Specialist)

Bill was born and raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and now makes his home in Cushing with his wife, Amanda, an elementary school teacher. Bill started with The Lee Company in December of 2008, as the Residential Sales Manager. Because of his years of experience in sales and marketing and his education in business, Bill was moved to the Quote Specialist position in May of 2011, where he oversees the entire residential quoting process from start to finish. Previously, Bill studied Business Administration at Northern Oklahoma College and was a Personnel Administration Specialist in the United States Army. Bill enjoys being active in his church and spending time with his wife and three children, Ashley, Brennan, and Cale, and their two Shih Tzus, Cooper and Clyde.
Scott Carpenter (Commercial Project Manager)

Scott Carpenter began working for Lee Glass and Window March 3rd, 2005. He started as a commercial installer but was given more responsibility once his talent for leadership and his commercial construction expertise were realized. He currently serves as Lee’s Commercial Project Manager and ensures Lee’s commercial installers meet the demands of the projects that are underway. He also assists in the quality control of projects and on-the-spot problem solving when issues arise at job sites. Outside of the shop, Scott is an avid hunter and has a proclivity for building furniture. Between himself and his wife of 17 years, they have two adult children and three younger children.
Alan Hass (Shop Foreman/Assistant Project Manager)

Alan Haas began working with Lee Glass in November of 2013. He started as a Jack-of-all-trades handyman and has worked his way to shop foreman. He is pivotal in managing the league of commercial installers Lee employs. Prior to starting his career at Lee, Alan gained experience in restaurant management and retail management at Lowe’s. Alan’s business mind and desire to work with his hands has allowed him to maintain a landscaping business outside of the shop. While he may consider himself an average guy, his sense of humor is infectious, and he will tell you that family comes first in his big life decisions. Al has four children ranging from ages 11 to 33, and even has two grandchildren!
Phil Anson (Commercial Estimator)

Phil Anson started with Lee Glass and Window March 14th, 2018. He is our commercial service manager, and he will tell you, there is never a dull moment. He maintains a Bachelor’s of Science in General Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma and has the bulk of his work experience in construction. Right now, his biggest life hurdle is getting his children through college. Phil also has 15 years of leadership experience through his volunteerism and training with the Boy Scouts of America; and has 16 years playing the bass guitar in the praise band for Countryside Church. He is 28 years married and has two adult children.
