Since opening our renovated facility, we have had the honor of hosting several gatherings, such as:YADA-collegiate bible study, Payne County CASA, Downtown Stillwater, Oklahoma Wondertorium, Stillwater Venture Partners, Hillcrest Baptist Collegiate Ministry, Lights on Stilly, C.E. Donart-Class of 1980 Reunion Committee,Stillwater Homebuilders Association, as well as a host of Graduation, Birthday, Baby Showers,Bible Studies and Sunday School parties.
We offer our space at no charge to those willing to agree to our terms (see below) and uphold the Purpose and Mission of The Lee Company. We offer the facility for social events rather than sales type events.
We offer approximately1500 Square Feet of space and Small Kitchenette (microwave-refrigerator), two flat panel TV's for AV presentations. It is highly recommended that if you wish to use our AV equipment that you visit the facility and perform a test run of your presentation prior to your event.
After receiving your reservation request you will be contacted by our office manager to confirm the event and define details, After receiving this confirmation you will be assigned a temporary code to enter the building, which will be unique to you.
We ask that when you leave you straighten the facility to the best of your ability and do so the day of your event.
We reserve the right to decline any event.
