The Lee Company regularly employees between 25 and 35 employees, which includes management, office staff, sales representatives and service technicians. We consider our employees' families to be a part of the team. Our full time employees receive health, dental, and life insurance as well as paid time off. We accept applications on a regular basis even if there is not a specific opening available.
Information you should know before making an application:
1) Applications are available at the office and MUST be filled out in the building. A resume will be accepted with a completed employment application. Special consideration may be extended to those who live out of state or are unable to initially apply in person due to geographical limitations.
2) The Lee Company performs pre-employment and random drug testing according to Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) guidelines.
3) Due to the nature of our business, ALL employees are required to have a valid driver license and MUST pass a background check from our auto insurance provider (this means you must be insurable for our commercial auto policy).
4) Part time employees are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the shortest shift being 4 hours in length.
5) The Lee Company is a drug, alcohol, and smoke free facility.
